During this period, they have been a supplier and service provider for our Office Automation, stationery/consumables, and Managed Print Services. Pedro Moura, as our Account Manager, leaves no stone unturned when it comes to delivering personal service. He is pro-active in ensuring that we are advised of the latest software and hardware available, and clearly demonstrates the benefits to our organisation.
With Xerox Partner Print Services in place, we receive consumables pro-actively, and with one point of contact for all service related queries, we experience higher levels of service, faster tum-around times, and higher machine uptime.
