  • Office Automation and/or telecommunications Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Driver’s License and own car is compulsory.
  • You would be required to cold call on the telephone to set up meetings, build relationships, provide print solutions and close the deals.
  • We are looking for people that are not afraid to be on the phone setting up meetings. If you are money hungry then this is the position for you to grow and become successful.

Consumables Sales Executive wanted;

  • Must have own car and valid driver’s license.
  • Salary is market related depending on experience.
Duties;
  • Promote/sell/secure order from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospective customer in the market segment to generate new business for the organisation’s products & services.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of the customer and complaints.
  • Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximising the return on time investment for the segment.
  • Input all information of existing and prospective customers on CRM System.
  • Co-operate with sales colleagues and other and appropriate functions to ensure that the team target is achieved and to maximise customer service.
  • To accurately and timeously complete and process all documentation and administration as specified, lack of which may be considered non-performance.
  • To maintain and develop a high level of product knowledge.

Salary will be based on market related factors.

Administration Clerk Wanted;

Duties;
  • Update price-list when new ones have been received.
  • Send all signed documents/contracts to our finance houses.
  • Follow up on a daily basis with our finance houses regarding deals.
  • Once deals are approved, input orders with suppliers.
  • Follow up on all deliveries.
  • Follow up on all installations.
  • Input all sales information on BPO Comms.
  • On-billing.
  • Service calls.
  • Commission invoicing.
  • Liaise with relevant parties regarding connectivity.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing calendars, organising client’s files and documents, and communicating client information to reps, management, or other staff as needed.
  • Organising Installers / Suppliers to be at site for a project kick off meeting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries/ complaints.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients when needed (And inform sales about any issues).
  • Handle order processing (Financing etc).
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, or work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems.
  • Urgent Quotations for sales team if they are on the road and need to adjust accordingly / change things in front of the customer.
  • Sales support - help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.

Salary will be based on market related factors.
